Refund policy
We hope that you absolutely love everything that you purchase from us here at Crystal Cave. However if you are unhappy with a product for a valid reason, we will take the following measures to try and help you:
Returns
If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, we will refund your unused purchase once it has been safely returned to us within 14 days of purchase, with a valid receipt or proof of purchase, such as an order number. Outside of this time-frame, or without a valid receipt, we cannot offer a refund.
Return Instructions
Should an item not be as your imagined, please return to us in the same condition that you received it, well packaged for the journey for a refund or alternative. When returning unwanted goods, please note that we do not normally refund postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Cancellation
Request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase as we usually ship orders the following day.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please Note
In the interest of hygiene and for your protection, we cannot accept returns of earrings, aromatherapy and beauty products unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality, damaged, or unfit for purpose. If you require advice on returning items, please contact us.
