AYM is a hands-on body treatment and slow-moving meditation which helps restore and ground. It looks at the body as a whole, to help us all lead happy, healthier and kinder lives.
AYM is a floor-based treatment using a mat to allow freedom of movement and flow. It incorporates deep tissue massage, using classic Ayurvedic strokes, yoga stretches and co-ordinated breath-work.
